Awhi 200hr Teacher Training

200 Hour Teacher Training Overview & Synopsis 2019

Awhi Yoga and Wellbeing are pleased to announce our 200hr teacher training experience for 2019. This program is a comprehensive and thorough journey into becoming a 200 hr certified Yoga Teacher co-lead by Jase Te Patu & Justine Hamill. Whether you are taking this journey with a view to teach or as a personal journey & deepening of your practice & knowledge, it’s up to you!

Our uniquely NZ Teacher Training explores beautiful marriage between ancient Yoga and Te Ao Māori teachings over 4 separate modules during our 4 months together. Our course follows the Māori model of Hauora/Well Being through the four pillars of Te Whare Tapa Whā. Beautifully this holistic view of health is the very same view taken by traditional Yoga.
