Our kaupapa here at Awhi Yoga & Wellbeing is based on Te Whare Tapa Whā, the four pillars of Hauora or Wellbeing. We feel that within a supportive community or Whānau, mindful movement & physical health - Tinana - can support our mental & emotional wellbeing - Hinengaro - and thus connect us to our Wairua, spirit or sense of connection and purpose in the world. Supporting you to live into the fullest expression of yourself alongside those you love.
We also feel there are many ways to access our wellbeing which is why we offer a range of classes from Vinyasa flow Yoga (heated & non-heated) to gentle Yin Yoga, Meditation, Yin Therapy, Pilates, live music Yoga events, self development programs, retreats & trainings.
