As the year winds down, you don’t need to run on empty! Join our resident qualified naturopath Melissa Rivard for a nourishing 2-hour online seminar that will explore simple, evidence-based practices to restore and protect your vitality. Together we’ll weave mindfulness, journalling, nutrition, and lifestyle principles to help you build resilience, reconnect with your values, and finish the year feeling grounded and energised.

Expect gentle mindfulness practices, reflective journalling, and practical nutrition and lifestyle tools all designed to help you realign with what matters most, recharge and protect your energy and build resilience.

About the Facilitator

Melissa Rivard is a Registered Naturopath, Medical Herbalist, Nutritionist, and Certified Health Coach as well as an AWHI yoga teacher. She is the founder and practitioner at Wellkind.co.nz. She helps busy professionals to restore health and reclaim vitality by addressing the key drivers of health concerns. Through personalised, evidence-based strategies, she works with her clients to reconnect with the essential foundations of health and wellbeing fostering resilience and sustainable health.
