Our Yoga Alliance accredited 200hr YTT program is a comprehensive journey into becoming a 200hr certified Yoga Teacher, suitable for aspiring yoga teachers or those looking to deepen their own practice and knowledge. Our uniquely Aotearoa training explores the beautiful marriage between ancient Yoga and Te Ao Māori teachings, and follows the Māori model of Hauora/Wellbeing through the four pillars of Te Whare Tapa Whā.
50/100 hr Yin Yoga Teacher Training

AWHI’s Yin YTT programme offers the theory, philosophy, anatomy, teaching and sequencing techniques that will enable you to experience and facilitate the profound physical, mental, emotional and energetic benefits of Yin Yoga. Our accredited training is comprised of two distinct 50-hour modules that can be taken individually or together for a combined 100-hrs continuing education credits through Yoga Alliance.
