Memberships, Passes & Subscriptions – Checkout Terms

• Memberships are for personal use only and are non-transferable.

• Passes expire as stated at purchase and are non-refundable, except where required by law.

• Memberships and subscriptions renew automatically at the agreed rate until cancelled in line with stated notice periods.

• Missed classes are not refundable; studio-cancelled classes will be credited.

• Participation is subject to studio policies, capacity, and agreement to our Waiver and Privacy Policy.

• Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
