FLOW STATE

A Fortnightly KOHA Yoga Class with Live Harmonium Music

Harmonise & Flow…

Join teacher Megan Edwards for a creative class that weaves together flowing yoga sequences designed to gently open up the body, spacious yin postures accompanied by soothing hands-on adjustments, and group mantra chanting to activate the voice. Nourish your mind, body, and heart in this joyful 1.5 hour exploration of what it means to be present in our bodies and grounded in community.

This class is KOHA ENTRY! All proceeds support AWHI Yoga’s Diversity & Inclusion Scholarship Programme.

Please be advised that we cannot accept our regular Class Passes or Memberships in lieu of koha, sorry!

And if you’re new to town and/or not really sure what ‘koha’ entails, we recommend this article for a bit of kōrero about the meaning and practice of koha as a form of giving/gifting!

Haere mai!
