Sound Healing with Claudio Escutia

  • AWHI Yoga & Wellbeing Level 2 15 Johnston Street Wellington New Zealand (map)

Join Claudio Escutia for this special evening of harmonising pure sounds, inspiring music and deep relaxation. Give yourself a peaceful moment and space of quiet awareness. Discover the power of your own voice, mantra and conscious silence, working to find inner peace and contentment. Bring an intention, get comfortable and let the sound waves take over. Invite the sound to take you into a journey within, into your heart, to rest, to release physical, mental and emotional tension. Surrender to the sound of Gong, Tibetan and Crystal Bowls, Native American flutes, Harmonium, Sitar, Esraj, Bells etc. Claudio amplifies the instruments skillfully so you can get to hear and feel the sound in detail.

No Meditation or Yoga experience required. EVERY BODY is welcome. Feel free to bring a pillow and blanket to assure comfort. We often run out of bolsters so if you have one, please bring it on the night!
