A Sonic Journey of Movement, Sound & Healing

Awaken. Regulate. Integrate.

This three-course series is designed to guide participants through a full-spectrum journey of liberation, deep rest, and vibrational healing—using movement, breath, and sound as portals to transformation. Through somatic practices and the healing power of music, we will release stored tension, regulate the nervous system, and expand into a state of embodied resonance.

Each 90 minute session builds upon the last, creating a progressive arc from activation to deep integration, allowing participants to experience true inner harmony and embodied transformation.

Session Details

Each Session runs 1pm - 2:30pm at AWHI Yoga & Wellbeing

May 31st, 1-2:30pm – Coming Home to Your Heart (Classical Harp & Deep Rest). This gentle, heart-centered session invites you to rest, regulate, and reconnect. Blending ancient pranayama techniques with modern, science-informed breathing methods, you’ll be guided into a deep state of calm, supporting your nervous system and emotional well-being.

Combined with gentle yin-style movement, the experience opens the body and heart in a soft, accessible way. A live classical harp sound journey will guide you into deeper rest, followed by Yoga Nidra in Savasana to fully integrate and ground your experience.

What you’ll receive:

  • A calming blend of breathwork for nervous system support and heart connection

  • Slow, heart-opening movement rooted in yin yoga

  • Live classical harp & handpan to soothe and soften

  • Guided Yoga Nidra to close the session with deep rest

Perfect for anyone feeling emotionally or physically fatigued, or simply in need of gentle restoration.

Saturday, 7th June, 1-2:30pm - Breathe & Receive: A Heart-Opening Journey with Cacao

This closing session combines ancient and modern breathwork practices to reset the nervous system and bring energy back into flow. Together with gentle, Qigong-inspired movement, this class is designed to release stored tension and help oxygen flow to the heart and body.

Experience a cup of organic ceremonial cacao and a carefully curated sound sequence that will guide you into deep restoration, followed by Yoga Nidra to seal and integrate the experience.

You can expect:

  • Breath practices to boost energy flow and emotional resilience

  • Yin Yoga & Qigong-inspired movement to release physical and energetic blocks

  • Live handpan journey and calming sound journey sequences to regulate the nervous system

  • Organic ceremonial cacao to soften and open the heart

  • Guided Yoga Nidra in Savasana for integration and rest

No previous experience is needed—just a willingness to breathe, be, and receive.

What to Expect & Bring

Expect: A welcoming space to move, breathe and receive deep vibrational healing. No prior experience in yoga, sound healing or movement is necessary—just an open heart.

Bring:

  • Comfortable clothes for light movement

  • Yoga mat & blanket (you’re also welcome to use our complementary mats/blankets)

  • Journal & pen (optional)

  • Open heart & curiosity

Eye mask will be provided.

Individual Workshops: $49 each (20% off for AWHI members on 3/6/12 month contracts)

Lynn Tiang – Somatic Breathwork Facilitator, Embodiment & Activation Coach

Lynn is a meditation guide, embodiment & activation coach, somatic breathwork facilitator, and deep manifestation coach dedicated to helping others release limitations, regulate their nervous system, and step into their fullest expression. Through a unique blend of breath, movement, and visualization, she creates immersive experiences that awaken inner wisdom, activate transformation, and cultivate deep embodiment.

Rooted in somatic release, manifestation techniques, and vibrational healing, Lynn’s work empowers individuals to rewire subconscious patterns, embody their truth, and expand into their highest potential. Whether guiding soul-led entrepreneurs, facilitating deep healing, or leading transformative workshops, she holds space for radical self-liberation, embodied alignment, and nervous system restoration—helping others step into their power with clarity, confidence, and flow.

Jessica Browning – Harpist, Sound Healer & Music Therapist

Jessica is a professional harpist, yoga teacher, sound healer, and music therapy graduate student at Victoria University. After sailing across the Pacific Ocean, she arrives in Wellington, ready to share her gift of healing, embodiment, and peace through music. Her practice blends ethereal harp melodies and her angelic voice, creating a deeply immersive and heart-opening experience. Each session is an invitation to surrender into sound, be cradled by divine resonance, and let the vibrations guide you into profound stillness.
