Invite the sound to take you into a journey within, into your heart, to rest, to release physical, mental and emotional tension. Surrender to the sound of Gong, Tibetan and Crystal Bowls, Native American flutes, Harmonium, Sitar, Esraj, Bells etc.

No Meditation or Yoga experienced required. EVERY BODY is welcome. Feel free to bring a pillow and blanket to assure comfort. We often run out of bolsters so if you have one, please bring it on the night!
