Armed with practical insights, attendees will be empowered to: Recognise the signs & symptoms of perimenopause. Implement lifestyle changes to manage symptoms & promote well-being. Make informed dietary choices that support hormonal balance and overall health. Know when to see your GP and what options they can offer in terms of support (e.g. HRT) Embrace this phase as a natural progression and an opportunity for personal growth.
