Yoga in Conversation: Seeing Each Other

  • Awhi Yoga & Wellbeing Level 2, 15 Johnston Street Wellington New Zealand (map)

As part of our popular ‘Yoga & the Emotions’ series, this workshop draws on previous topics and discussions to explore challenging conversations as a step towards connection and healing.

We will discuss ideas and tools for navigating these conversations in a way that respects and serves ourselves, the other person, and our relationship.
