Let’s celebrate the end of another month of Wednesday night Align with a post-class toast!

We close out each month’s Wednesday 5:30pm Align + GM sessions in reception for a shared drink and a bit of friendly kōrero! What a better way to wrap up our shared love/hate and learnings of the month’s peak pose than with a collective CHEERS?

Whether you are part of the regular Wednesday Night Align Crew (cult?) or a total newbie, haere mai! Everyone is welcome and there will be non-alcoholic drink options to toast, as well. This is just an informal chance to get to know each other a little better, and to meet other alignment-lovers (or haters!) from your favourite yoga community :) We’ll gather in reception right after class - grab a drink, wait for the cue & take a sip along with your new best yoga mates! Impromptu speeches are more than welcome, lol.
